Béton Brut 01

Radio City Social

35-36 Viaduct Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1TS (map)

3rd May 2024: 7pm till 11pm

Béton brut (French pronunciation: [betɔ̃ bʁyt]) is architectural concrete that is left unfinished after being cast, displaying the patterns and seams imprinted on it by the formwork.[1] Béton brut is not a material itself, but rather a way of using concrete. The term comes from French and means “raw concrete”.

Friday 3rd of May sees Radio City Social host Béton Brut’s ‘An Evening of Electronic Music for Industrial Purpose’. Brokenatoms and Social Conduct both from Resonance, team up with Richard Hindle (Instrument of Darkness and member of Hell Feeder) to present an evening of live performance Industrial Music.

If you enjoy Glitched Beats, Drones and Heavy Bass then you are in for a treat. Inspired by the darker edges of the electronic music spectrum, the purpose of Béton Brut is to bring something new and eclectic to Chelmsford’s music scene.

Entry is Free and performances will start at 8.30pm.
